B Corp certification without the burnout.
Most mid-sized brands start the process excited. Then reality hits – the spreadsheets pile up, the evidence requests keep coming, and your team is already stretched.
I help EU brands get through certification with structure, clarity, and momentum – without the last-minute scrambles or 2am spreadsheet panic.

“I wasn’t sure where to start with B Corp, and I didn’t have time to figure it all out myself. Ana helped me get a clear view of what my company already had, what was missing, and what to do about it. She provided useful systems that align with how I run the business.”
— Derek H., founder, small management company
What working together looks like
Focused, hands-on support built around your team’s capacity and your certification timeline.
📌 You’re not doing this alone.
B Corp certification is a lot. I’ve done it before, so you don’t waste time figuring out what evidence actually matters or how to structure your answers.
📌 You’ll see progress every month.
We set clear priorities. You tick things off. No endless back-and-forth or “we’ll get to it eventually.”
📌 I catch what you’d miss.
B Lab updates their guidance constantly. I track it so you don’t have to – and review your documentation before you submit.

It’s a not a good fit if:
You’re looking for shortcuts or someone to “just write it up“

FAQs
1. We’re not sure when our recertification is due. Can we still start?
Yes. Whether your review date is in six months or two years, preparing now puts you ahead. The New Standards require deeper systems and documentation, starting early gives you time to build with intention.
2. Do you work with companies that aren’t B Corps yet?
Yes. Some clients use this process to assess fit, set priorities, or build strong systems before applying. Others are current B Corps preparing for recertification under the New Standards.
3. How much time do we need to commit each month?
Depends on your tier. Most clients set aside 3–6 hours per month for calls and implementation. Enough to make steady progress without overwhelming your team.
4. What if we’re not ready for certification yet?
That’s fine. Some clients use this process to figure out where they stand, build foundational systems, or decide if B Corp is even the right fit.
5. Will we be writing everything ourselves?
Depending on your service tier, we’ll co-create or review documentation together. You’ll have access to templates, checklists, and focused input, so your efforts aren’t wasted on guesswork.
6. What if we need more support halfway through?
You can adjust your tier between cycles as your needs evolve. Some clients start with Foundations and move into Embedded as certification draws closer.
Trusted by founder-led and family-owned brands across Europe
I worked with 150+ companiesbuilding sustainability into how they operate. That’s the approach I bring to B Corp: structured, grounded, and based on what works.
“We’re a family-run food business in northern Italy. B Corp always felt too big to handle. With Ana’s help, we mapped our practices, rewrote 6 policies from scratch, and submitted our certification with confidence.
We ended up with a system we still use in our decision-making today.”
— Owner, mid-sized organic preserves company, Italy
“I’d delayed recertification for months. Too much else was going on.
Ana’s process finally got us moving. We locked in priorities in the first week, reviewed 15 existing documents, and ended up with a system that helped us rebuild a strong team culture.”
— GM, mid-sized manufacturer, Germany
“We produce locally and sell across the Nordics. We were completely unsure where to start with the new Standards.
In 4 calls, we built a realistic roadmap and translated 10+ internal practices into aligned documentation. I’ll definitely work with Ana again.”
— COO, pet food manufacturer, Portugal
